Dear Fellowship Member,

Last Friday the FGBMFA Clark County Prayer Breakfast, held in Vancouver, WA, drew nearly 900 local business and civic leaders to the city's Hilton Hotel, the largest hotel in the city.

Stewart Kent, FGBMFA National Secretary and the Chairman of the event said that the meeting room was filed near capacity. In the lobby were display tables manned by the city's major Christian ministries, including FGBMFA. Each attendee received several colorful brochures describing the event, including the Prayer Breakfast program, the names of the members of the Prayer Breakfast Committee, and the identification of the local businesses who joined with FGBMFA to sponsor the event.

Early in the Prayer Breakfast attendees are asked to fill out information cards, which include their names and addresses. The names of those who fill out the cards are entered into a raffle drawing for several door prizes. On the card the Prayer Breakfast attendees are asked to check a box if they would like to receive information about FGBMFA. Each year one hundred to one hundred and fifty people check the box and our local FGBMFA chapter sends them information on our Fellowship.

Here is a link to the Front Page article in the local paper, "The Columbian":

Clark County, located in southwest Washington State, a county with a population of 433,000 is located across the Columbia River from the city of Portland, Oregon, with a metropolitan population 2.2 million.

Below are copies of the flyers that were sent out prior to the event. These can be used by you as examples for similar regional events in your cities.
