    National President

    Alan Schmook

    Alan Schmook leads Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFA™) with a mission to empower young professionals to integrate faith and business. A seasoned Christian businessman, he drives fellowship, mentorship, and evangelism, inspiring men to share the Gospel, build authentic connections, and lead with integrity.

    Since joining Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International in 1974, Alan has held various leadership roles, including chapter positions, field representative, and National Director appointed by Demos Shakarian. In 2010, he joined FGBMFAmerica™, serving as National Director for Oklahoma and National Administrator. A commercial real estate appraiser since 1976, Alan took over his father’s company in 1985, serving clients from individuals to Fortune 500 companies. He has mentored professionals to success in real estate and held leadership roles in the appraisal industry. Passionate about mentorship, Alan guides young men to excel in their careers and faith within FGBMFAmerica™.

    Next Generation National Vice President

    Tomás A. Caquias Esq, MSTC

    Tomás Caquias, a top-rated personal injury attorney and head of Caquias Law Group PLLC in Texas, is a passionate National Director for Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™). Raised in Deep South Texas, Tomás’ faith journey began at Spirit-filled Shoney’s restaurant meetings in Brownsville, attending English and Spanish chapters alongside his father, the late Dr. Jesus A. Caquias, a former National Director.

    An entrepreneur, inventor, and speaker, Tomás leverages his legal expertise as a storyteller, advocate, and teacher to mentor the next generation in Kingdom business. He views his thriving law firm as both his ministry and business, guiding others to achieve their fullest potential in Christ. Tomás, his wife Marika, and their son enjoy hiking, traveling, visiting coffee shops, and supporting their sponsored children, Alphonse, Blaise, and Christian, now God-fearing young men serving in their schools and workplaces.

    Next Generation Assistant Vice President

    Justin Mefford

    Justin, a Lifetime Member of the Southern Maryland Chapter, is a welcome addition to our Executive Board.  In his own right, he stands on a strong foundation of dedicated leaders in his family who have long served the Lord through the Fellowship.  His life journey is equipping Justin for the purpose God has called him.  As a man of business, his background and genuine desire for helping others makes him approachable by the people Jesus is wanting to reach.  He makes his business his ministry. Justin also operates as a roofing contractor specializing in insurance claims serving all of MD, PA, VA, and WV.

    This young National Director is part of the next generation of leaders God is raising up and entrusting to guide FGBMFA™ into the future – a fresh move of the Holy Spirit; a move to bring new and innovative ideas, a revitalizing perspective into fulfilling our mission in the marketplace.

    National Executive Vice President

    Roy Brian

    Roy Brian, National Executive Vice President and Events Director of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), is dedicated to uniting believers and empowering young professionals to live out their faith in the workplace. Since joining the International Fellowship in 1988, Roy has excelled in event planning, beginning with volunteer work at the 1992 World Convention in San Francisco. His 27-year commitment to impactful events fosters fellowship and draws communities into the Holy Spirit’s presence.

    Transitioning to FGBMFAmerica™ in 2009, Roy, a seasoned hospitality industry professional, also serves as Chairman of the FGBMFA™ State Fair Gospel Outreach Board. Inspired by Demos Shakarian’s vision, he mentors young men, connecting them with seasoned leaders to fulfill God’s purposes. Roy’s leadership strengthens FGBMFAmerica’s mission to transform lives and workplaces through faith and unity.

    National Treasurer

    Gregory Simpson

    Gregory Simpson, CPA, serves as National Treasurer of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), ensuring financial integrity to support the mission of equipping professionals to share Christ’s love in the marketplace. A 1971 TCU BBA Accounting graduate, Greg began his career in 1969, founding his own practice in 1979. His North Richland Hills, TX office, built in 2000, hosts his accounting firm, FGBMFAmerica™ National Office, and India Gospel Team Mission.

    A member of FGBMFI since the mid-1980s, Greg has been president of the Mid Cities/NE Tarrant County Chapter for over 15 years and National Treasurer since 2016, relocating the National Office to Texas in 2017. With his wife, Rhonda, married 32 years, they have four children and 15 grandchildren, supporting FGBMF conventions since the 1990s. Greg is a founding organizer of the Great State Fair of Texas Gospel Outreach, leading a soul-winning booth for 17 years, and serves on the India Gospel Team Mission board, contributing to a Bible training center in Southern India. He attends Irving Bible Church.

    National Secretary

    Richard McBain

    Richard L. McBain (Dick), National Secretary of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), is a decorated Vietnam War veteran with ten medals, including two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart. As CEO of Triune Group, Inc., he has provided business consulting for 35 years and authored 28 books under the company’s publishing division.

    Joining FGBMFI in 1977, Dick has held various chapter leadership roles, served as a National Director, and now acts as National Secretary. Married to Jackie for 52 years, they have two sons and four grandchildren. With 48 years of service, Dick remains passionate about helping professionals build a relationship with God, advancing FGBMFAmerica’s mission to transform lives through faith in the marketplace.

    Rick Moreau

    Rick Moreau, National Administrator of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight to advance the Gospel through marketplace ministry. With expertise in organizational leadership, logistics, and ministry coordination, Rick empowers chapters nationwide, supporting local leaders and aligning operations with the Fellowship’s mission to reach men for Christ.

    Known for his servant heart and attention to detail, Rick collaborates with the National Board, regional directors, and chapter leaders to enhance FGBMFAmerica’s impact. His commitment to prayer, integrity, and stewardship upholds the Fellowship’s values, driving operational excellence and transforming lives through the Holy Spirit and personal testimony.

    National Vice President, Senior Affairs

    Jim Priddy, SR

    Jim Priddy Sr., National Director for Maryland and Vice President for Senior Affairs at Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), brings a legacy of service to his mission of leading others to Christ. A 21-year U.S. Air Force veteran, Jim worked on high-level projects, including SR-71 Blackbird data analysis for U.S. Presidents, and later served 20 years with the Department of the Navy, retiring with over 40 years of federal service.

    Residing in Southern Maryland with his wife of 56 years, Betty, a real estate agent, Jim has three children, six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He volunteers as a ranch hand and advisor at his daughter’s Rosemary Ranch. Passionate about evangelism, Jim engages others with his faith, asking, “There are only two kinds of people: those who are saved and those who are about to be saved, which one are you?”

    National Vice President, Training & Outreach

    Douglas Raine

    Douglas, National Vice President of Outreach and Training for Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), brings a wealth of experience from his career in sales, marketing, and R&D in the thermoset plastic industry. With a B.S. in Chemistry from Towson University, he pioneered polyester and vinyl ester resin composites to address corrosion issues across various industries.

    Retiring from his consulting business in 2018, Douglas now focuses on marketplace ministry as Commerce/Greenville Chapter President. As a trainer and mentor, he travels globally, sharing a message of hope in prisons, businesses, schools, hospitals, civic organizations, governments, and orphanages, pointing people to Christ as the solution to internal corrosion. Douglas lives with his wife, LaVerne, on a farm in northeast Texas.

    Assistant National Secretary

    Robert Cook

    Robert Cook, Assistant National Secretary of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship in America™ (FGBMFAmerica™), resides in Augusta, GA, with a family of three married sons, five grandsons, one married granddaughter, and a great-grandson. A former self-employed lawn care business owner and sales administrator in the office equipment industry, Robert has served as a bi-vocational pastor for 40 years.

    Drawn to FGBMFAmerica™ after receiving the baptism of the Holy Spirit, Robert has held roles as treasurer, vice president, and president in local chapters. He currently leads the Georgia Men's Advance and was instrumental in establishing a chapter at Augusta State Medical Prison through the Fellowship’s prison ministry. Supported by the strong bonds of FGBMFAmerica™ leaders, Robert finds strength in their prayers and encouragement, driving his commitment to mentoring men and spreading the Gospel in the marketplace.
